Aurora 20/1

Product details

Origins

There is limited research and evidence as to the origins of this Indica strain. However, it’s believed by some that it’s a descendant from the OG Kush strain.

Composition

Every 5g batch of Aurora 20/1 targets a THC level of 20.5% and a CBD level of less than 1%. The buds of this strain are distinctive in appearance, thanks to the pink hairs that burst out from the green buds.

The most dominant terpene in this strain is Myrcene. As well as cannabinoids and flavonoids, terpenes contribute to the chemical composotion of the cannabis plant. When all of the compounds work together they provide a more potent effect for the consumer – this is known as the ‘Entourage Effect.’

Storage

Storing your cannabis product correctly will prolong its life. Keep it in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight. It’s essential to keep this product (and any cannabinoid product) out of the reach of children and animals.

Dosing guidelines

The guidance provided here is not intended to be medical advice – patients will discuss their dosage guidelines with a medical professional independently before beginning their treatment.

Users of this strain can smoke or vape the product, or choose to add it to their food or drink. The latter will take the longest time to begin to feel the effects, however they can remain in play for up to ten hours. If the patient decides that inhalation better suits their needs, then they can feel the effects within ten minutes. The benefits can last for four hours. Individual factors like weight, height, body fat percentage, and metatabsilm can influence these times.

It’s a good idea to discuss the methods of consumption with a medical professional, as they will help you determine what is best for your condition. As with any cannabinoid treatment, users should approach it with caution. This is particularly relevant for this strain due to the high THC potency.

Lab testing

Aurora engages in independent lab testing, more commonly referred to as third-party lab testing. This type of testing is important as it ensures unbiased results. Tests will check for harmful ingredients, the THC content, safety and more.
